Bosco Chong, Partner 莊金峰先生, 合伙人

Mr. Chong is a partner of HarvestSeedSynco CPA.  Previously, Mr. Chong served as a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong managing mainly listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Chong has strong insights and experience in audit, assurance, internal control review, merger and acquisition, listed debt issuance, capital market transaction and financial due diligence engagement, particularly in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore.  The industries sector Mr. Chong served including real estate, logistics, education, charity, retail, catering, tourism, hospitality, transportation, information technology and trading.

Mr. Chong is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom.  Mr. Chong obtained a first honour bachelor degree of Arts in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

莊先生是穗智的創辦人之一。在創辦穗智前，莊先生曾任職於香港羅兵咸永道會計師事務所為高級經理，主要管理香港上市公司。莊先生對香港、中國大陸及新加坡市場與商業環境有着深入而獨到的了解，不但為跨國客戶提供專業意見，並在審計、內控審計、財務盡職調查、企業併購、資本市場(發債)融資項目和咨詢顧問等業務領域積累了相當豐富的實戰經歷。莊先生曾處理之客戶層面廣泛, 包括房地產發展商、學校、物流、慈善團體、零售、飲食、旅遊業、酒店、路橋營運商及工程顧問等。在羅兵咸永道會計師事務所工作期間，使得莊先生具備了良好的敬業精神和職業道德操守，統籌能力、以及積極的工作態度。莊先生為香港會計師公會的執業會計師及英國特許公認會計師公會資深會員。莊先生在持有獲得甲等榮譽學士學位，主修會計。

Calvin Ho, Partner 何爵偉先生，合伙人

Mr. Ho is a partner of Harvestseedsynco Consultancy Limited. Previously, he worked in the renowned PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong. Mr. Ho is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Currently, Mr. Ho is the executive director of two companies – Gaddy Group, A Hong Kong-China based real estate and renewable energy investing company, and TianZi Info Tech Ltd, an information technology company based in Hong Kong.

何先生是穗智的創辦人之一。在創辦穗智前，何先生曾任職於香港羅兵咸永道會計師事務所。何先生為香港會計師公會的註冊會計師及英格蘭及威爾士特許會計師公會的會員。目前，何先生是兩家公司的執行董事：基利控股集團有限公司﹣一家中港房地產和可再生能源的投資公司；天子信息科技有限公司﹣一家香港高科技公司。
